Vision
A
Cambodian society characterized by a sustained reduction in HIV/AIDS, the
elimination of the stigma and discrimination against the PLHIV and OVC and the
continuing respect of their basic human rights.
Mission
SCC
will develop a committed staff team to work through a network of monks, nuns
and other local and national stakeholder groups to develop capacity, reduce
vulnerability and provide a range of supports for people living with HIV/AIDS
and their families, so that they are able to claim their rights and improve
their lives.

SCC's Goal
By the
end of 2012, SCC shall have made a significant contribution to HIV prevention
and AIDS care, and improvement of the living condition of PLHIV and OVC.
Objectives
1 - Reduced discrimination against PLHIV and OVC in
collaboration with pagoda based network of Buddhist monks, nuns and achars
and other religious groups.
2 -Increased awareness on HIV prevention and AIDS care
in SCC target areas.
3 - Improved livelihood of PLHIV, OVC and the poorest families
in SCC target areas.
4 - Improved health and well being of PLHIV, OVC, poorest
families in SCC target areas.
5 - Rights of PLHIV, OVC and their families are respected in
community. 6 - Strengthened capacity in program and organizational
